Step 3 - Coworking Inventory

Setting up your desk inventory for coworking is simply about adding these items in your inventory.

1. Go to ‘desks’ in the inventory and click ‘add item’
2. Add your flexi desk or dedicated desk items ensuring all fields are in place
   1. You can set a default price for all locations, or a per-location price to override the default price
   2. Ensure the XERO acc code is correct.

Capacity limit - this is set in your location settings, so ensure the figure in settings/locations/space is correct.
