Account Reactivation

Reactivations now follow the same process as onboarding to get the customer re-set up with the correct billing in place.

To reactivate a member who already has an account with your space.

  1. Search for their profile using the search function (If onboarding a member, the account check should also pick up accounts already in hamlet, which you can then use for reactivation.)
  2.  Click on the customer's name and open the reactivation steps for the customer.
  3. Step through the reactivation steps as per onboarding to set their account up with the new terms.
