Account Reactivation
Reactivations now follow the same process as onboarding to get the customer re-set up with the correct billing in place.
To reactivate a member who already has an account with your space.
- Search for their profile using the search function (If onboarding a member, the account check should also pick up accounts already in hamlet, which you can then use for reactivation.)
- Click on the customer's name and open the reactivation steps for the customer.
- Step through the reactivation steps as per onboarding to set their account up with the new terms.
