Updates September 2022

Bug fix updates:

We’ve made a set of small but essential improvements to some bugs and processes for the accounts team.

Fixes:

  • We’ve fixed an error where the gateway was sometimes duplicating charges for Direct Debit customers. This will no longer be an issue.
  • We’ve fixed a small bug that sometimes affects the display of invoices and billing content.
  • There’s a small fix on the display of payment details in customer accounts, so it’s easier to see
  • We’ve added a simpler way to mark a charge as paid in the charge area. This is seldom used only if accounts have confirmed a XERO invoice has been paid outside of Hamlet and staff needs to mark the charge as paid in the member's charge area.
