Email template setup
There are several emails that Hamlet sends to customers to communicate information such as lead& support replies, invoices, and more.
Email set up

Provide a logo to our support team to set up your template.

Ensure all the key details are set up in settings>locations details/space, as some of these will be dynamically inserted into emails as variables and also be used as the 'from' address.

Navigate to communications>templates to set up reply templates using variables for specific purposes, such as lead and support replies.
